Arlington Students Pick Mock-Caldecott Award Winners


With the official  Caldecott announcement later this morning, we wanted to share the results from two more Arlington school groups:

Students at Key Elementary selected I Want My Hat Back by Jon Klassen as their winner.  They awarded two Caldecott honors:  Grandpa Green by Lane Smith and Perfect Square by Michael Hall.

Students at Glebe Elementary School voted overwhelmingly for Wonderstruck, by Brian Selznick. They awarded honors to Hooray for Amanda and her Alligator, by Mo Willems.
