Artist Julian Oteyza Featured at Shirlington
Julian Oteyza, a painter from the Philippines, is the Shirlington Branch Library's featured artist for the month of November. Oteyza paints on circular canvasses and views the circle as an "ancient mystical symbol...representing wholeness." We are pleased to be exhibiting his work in the spirit of Thanksgiving.
You can find examples of his work on our Flickr page, but it's even more exciting in person.
