Coming Soon: Elementary School Kids Club!

APL KIDS CLUB - Coming Soon!

Starting in September, kids from Kindergarten - 5th grade can join in the Library's new Elementary School Kids Club, held at the Central Library and the Aurora Hills Branch Library.

What will the Kids Club do? Read books and watch movies based on books, make cool crafts like buttons and origami, and meet special guests. One scheduled guest is the owner of a local bakery - he will show us how to make cupcakes, and talk about what it takes to run your own business. See the full schedule of fall programs for elementary school kids.

All participants will receive a Kids Club club membership card. Kids will get a stamp on their card for each meeting they attend - those who attend regularly will get a prize at the end of the session.

The Kids Club will meet weekly at Central on Tuesday afternoons at 4:00 p.m. (end time depends on the day's activities), from Sept. 13 - Dec. 2,  and at Aurora Hills once a month on Wednesdays: Sept. 21, Oct. 26 and Nov. 16.
