Halloween @ OPL

The Ottumwa Public Library is excited to help celebrate Halloween this year by hosting two fun events for the community.

On Friday, October 30th at 10:30 am we will have our regularly scheduled preschool story time. Kids are invited to dress up and we will share stories, do crafts and have some treats too!

Then, on the big day, Saturday, October 31st from 3pm-4pm we will host a Halloween party in the children?s area with games, crafts, and treats for all. Everyone is encouraged to dress up and kick off your Trick or Treating at the library!
