Meeting Rooms


We have four different spaces available for your next meeting:
Meeting Room A - located on the 3rd floor and has a capacity of 31 with tables and chairs, or 66 with chairs only.
Meeting Room B - located on the 3rd floor and has a capacity of 31 with tables and chairs, or 66 with chairs only. 
Meeting Room A/B Combined - Rooms A & B have a retractable wall between them that can be stowed to create a larger meeting space. The capacity of the joined rooms is 62 with tables and chairs, or 132 with chairs only. 
Meeting Room C - located on the 3rd floor and set up as a conference room with capacity of 15. 
Study Room - designed to provide a space for small groups of 6 or less. It is located on the 2nd floor of the library. Visit the Reference Desk to arrange use of the room.
Meeting rooms are available to civic, community, cultural, educational, political, or religious organizations Monday through Saturday except for holidays. Reservations for the use of the meeting rooms may be made at the adult Reference Desk during regular library hours. Library-sponsored activities will be given priority in scheduling meeting rooms. The Library reserves the right to switch rooms as needed.
