Call for Proposals: Mid-Atlantic IUG Meeting

The Mid-Atlantic Innovative Users Group invites you to submit your ideas to present at the 2013 MAIUG Conference to be held at the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, on October 18, 2013.

If you have been preparing a program for the next IUG meeting and want to try it out on a very friendly audience, we have the event for you! Or if you want to share your expertise, we welcome any interested speakers to submit their ideas.

Presentations of 30-60 minutes, with a portion of that time set aside for Q&A, will be considered. Ideas for forums or panels to discuss a topic are also invited.

Topics of interest from previous attendees are:

-System functionality
-Cataloging/metadata standards
-Electronic resource management
-Customer service
-Dealing with reduced budgets

Please email Tracie Frederick, MAIUG Chair, at [email protected] to submit your idea. Proposals are due Wednesday, July 10, 2013.
