A Record Breaking Summer of Reading - and Rebuilding!
You read. You had fun. You earned a prize. And you helped toward rebuilding a library in Haiti!
It was a record-breaking summer of reading:
- 7,387 young people registered for Get Caught Reading 2011, up by 2000 from last year
- Over 3,800 kids completed the program, up by 1600 from the year before, and read over 35,770 books, up from 24,782 last year
- We've already raised nearly $2,000 to send to the Petit-Goâve Library
