Author Talk: "Overtaken on the Information Superhighway" by Thomas Bleha



Join us Thursday, Sept. 23 when Thomas Bleha, author of Overtaken on the Information Superhighway, discusses how the United States - global Internet leader in 2000 - fell to the middle tier of advanced nations in just eight years, and suggests ways for the United States to rejoin the Internet leadership circle.

Thomas Bleha is a former Foreign Service Officer, and began work on this book after receiving the Abe Fellowship from the Japan Foundation?s Center for Global Partnership. He lives here in Arlington with his family.
