Columbia Pike's First Summer Reading Winner!

The Columbia Pike Branch Library has already awarded its first Get Caught Reading prize!

On Friday, July 1, Alexandra Reid (granddaughter of long-time library patron Loretta Reid) became the very first student to turn in her completed summer reading log at Columbia Pike.

Alexandra told us that Mo Willem's Cat the Cat, Who is That? was her favorite of the 10 books she read for Get Caught Reading. And judging by this photo, she really likes her iguana!

If your child hasn't registered for Get Caught Reading, don't worry. The final date to sign up is Wednesday, Aug. 31, and the final date to turn in reading logs / win a prize is Saturday, Sept. 10.
