Did the DVD skip right before the end of the movie? Did the the last CD for your audio book not play? We want to hear about it!
When you return your materials, please let us know if any of the audio visual items you checked out don't work properly. We can often clean up the discs or resurface them so that the materials can be circulated. Also, we can help locate another copy of the same item in our system for you.
And thanks for your help - we rely on your input to keep our AV materials working well for all of our patrons.
