Want to know how fast the wind was during a recent storm, or how much rainfall we had last November? Once a month, the Plaza Branch Library receives local climatological date in the form of the National Climatic Data Center's monthly reports for the Washington DC area. These reports are taken at Ronald Reagan National Airport, and compiled by NOAA, or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and we have complete records going back as far as 1988, and incomplete records back to 1970.
You can find this publication in the Government Reference section, on the right side facing the windows.
