The Arlington Shop at the Plaza Branch Library has a rainbow selection of frisbee disks for sale as part of Fit Arlington. They're great for throwing around with your family, or a pick-up game of Ultimate during lunch (and of course there are some who swear by Disc Golf).
And if you're interested in learning more about the fast paced game of Ultimate, this Sunday the Washington Area Frisbee Club will be holding two exhibition games as part of the Fit Arlington Sports Festival - both adult and local high school teams will play - at Bluemont Park, from 2-4 pm.
