Not Just Your Grandma's Tech Classes... (although Grandma might be able to teach us a thing or two)

Did you know that the Library's CyberCenters offer technology training classes on Social Networking (Facebook and Twitter), Google Apps (like their nifty calendar feature), Online Genealogy Research, eCollections, Firefox and more?

Of course, we still offer basic courses too, like PowerPoint and Excel, as well as beginner's Computer Fundamentals (for people who are just learning their way around a keyboard and mouse). All classes are free, and take place at one of our three CyberCenters, at Central Library, the Columbia Pike Branch Library or the Shirlington Branch Library.

So whatever your skill level or curiosity, pick up a copy of our technology training classes schedule - available at your local branch or online at the Library's CyberCenter and Technology Training page - and then come in and learn something new!
