Author Talk: "Prelude to Danger" - 5/11
Join us at Central Library on Tuesday, May 11 at 7 p.m. as Arlington resident and former U.S. Secret Service staffer William D. Sample reads from his new book ?Prelude to Danger."The novel follows U.S. Secret Service special agent Gene Carey, for whom safeguarding the president and the lives of the American people is Job One. From our nation's capital to the dangerous streets of Bogota, Columbia, and Lagos, Nigeria, Carey and his fellow agents face off against forgery, counterfeiting and assassins.
Refreshments will be provided at this event and there will be giveaways of law enforcement collectables.
