Today is the day to learn all about downloadables and the devices they work with - INCLUDING KINDLE!
The Library gods have aligned in Arlington today - not only is the OverDrive Digital Bookmobile visiting the Library today, but as of this morning, Kindle users can now checkout free Library ebooks through Arlington Public Library and send them to a Kindle device or Kindle app.
This much-awaited move will be hailed by the many Arlington Kindle users who have asked to join the ranks of Nook, Sony and other ebook device owners - who were already borrowing Library eBooks.
So bring your questions, gadgets and shopping lists, and get advice from both the Library and the Overdrive team of eExperts. The OverDrive Digital Bookmobile will be parked in the Central Library East Parking Lot for today only, from 1 - 7 p.m.
